Goin' Green in Capitalist America.

So I was at JoAnn today to feed my crafting addiction, when I found something I just thought was plain ol' funny.

It was a half-isle full of iron-on transfers with environmental sayings such as "Just say no... to plastic bags" and "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" with prominently-situated recycle symbols.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't use plastic bags if I can help it. I carry my own handmade cloth bags with me in my purse for my purchases... But what I found ironic was the fact that each SINGLE iron-on transfer was wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.

Ah, anything to make a buck in America.
