Etsy is a very cool online store for artists of all sorts, including jewelery and fabric artists, to sell their creations. It's definitely worth checking out.

"This is a representation of a caffeine molecule (C8H10N4O2) made from Sterling silver and translucent acrylic. It's part of a series of chemicals that affect mood. It comes on a 16" silver snake chain and with a little tag with the chemical compound. I started making these about 5 years ago and the caffeine is definitely the most popular! This particular one has two colors of red acrylic. A bright orangy red in the larger center dots (the Nitrogen atoms) and a darker red around the outside (Hydrogen)."
