The Mars Rovers

This site has some pretty cool animations from NASA on how the Mars Rovers were launched and arrived at the red planet. If you think about it, it's pretty amazing that we could make and protect a machine to travel through the hardships of space just to explore another world. Not only that, but the math involved must be precise in order to accurately calculate the trajectory that it would have to fly to arrive at its destination. It also amazes me that it was protected throughout its decent and impact. Go NASA!
